Adriana completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology and World Literature at the University of Toronto where she graduated with distinction in 2007.
She attended law school at Queen’s University where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2010 and she was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011. Later that same year, Adriana joined Suboch Law as an Associate.
During law school, Adriana was President of the Queen’s Law Human Rights Association. She also gained valuable experience representing low-income clients at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic. Adriana spent her summers as a student at a litigation firm in Toronto where she also completed her articles. During this time, Adriana gained valuable experience in the areas of class action and personal injury law.
Adriana is committed to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. She is currently a member of the board for the Canadian Occupational Therapy Foundation. In her spare time, Adriana enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
Andrew Suboch is the principal behind Suboch Law. He has more than 25 years of experience in personal injury and insurance law.
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1989. He then attended law school at Queens University. Andrew rowed for both the Western and Queens’ varsity rowing teams. He was also a member of the Canadian national rowing team in 1988 and 1989. Andrew received his law degree in 1992 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994.
Andrew articled at a leading insurance defence law firm in Toronto. Once called to the Bar, he continued to act for insurers where several of his cases were reported. In 2000 Andrew opened his own law firm specializing in the area of personal injury law and has been representing plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance law matters ever since. Over the years, Andrew has worked hard to expand his firm. He has assembled a team of highly skilled specialists to support him and Suboch Law’s clients. Andrew is dedicated to representing clients from Toronto’s diverse communities. He has three offices located in downtown Toronto, Scarborough and on the border of Etobicoke-Mississauga.
Of his many reported cases, perhaps the most significant was Bawden v. Wawanesa which was described by an insurance-industry magazine as one of the top ten most important cases pertaining to issues of insurance coverage. His trial level victory in Bawden was upheld by the Court of Appeal.
Andrew is counsel to and supporter of Mimico Junior A and Mimico Minor Lacrosse Associations as well as the Humber Valley Hockey Association.
When Andrew is not practicing law, he enjoys competitive hockey, golfing, traveling, watching the Toronto Maple Leafs and cheering on his two children in their various athletic pursuits.
